Myka Home is an Australian furniture and homewares retailer offering curated design and sourcing services. Our store is operated by Myka Home (ABN to be inserted) and is based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

2. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where items are incorrectly priced or out of stock. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase. Promotional pricing is valid only during the specified promotional period.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. We deliver Australia-wide, with some large or fragile items subject to specialist delivery services.

  • In Stock Items: Dispatched and delivered within 5–7 business days from order confirmation.
  • Pre-Order Items: Estimated delivery dates are provided based on supplier shipment schedules. We will notify you when your order dispatches.
  • Melbourne Only Items: Selected items are available for Melbourne metropolitan delivery and warehouse pick-up only. This is clearly indicated on the product page.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at hello@mykahome.com.au within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition and original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
  • Custom, made-to-order, and clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Our returns policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colours, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing tolerances. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Please refer to the listed dimensions before purchasing.
