Delivery Timeframes

  • In Stock Items: Delivered within 5–7 business days from order confirmation.
  • Pre-Order Items: Estimated delivery dates shown on each product page. You'll be notified when your order dispatches.
  • Out of Stock Items: Contact us at hello@mykahome.com.au to be notified when stock arrives.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Collect your order from our Melbourne warehouse at no charge:

  • Address: 143 Foundation Rd, Truganina VIC 3029
  • Ready: Within 1–2 business days of order confirmation
  • You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection
  • Please bring your order confirmation email and photo ID

Melbourne Only Items

Some items (marked Melbourne Only on the product page) are only available for Melbourne metropolitan delivery or warehouse pick-up, and cannot be shipped interstate.

Premium Customer Free Shipping

Customers who spend $10,000 or more within a 12-month period qualify for complimentary shipping on all future orders. Premium customers are automatically identified and provided with a free shipping code — contact us at hello@mykahome.com.au if you believe you qualify.

Returns

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@mykahome.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging
  • Assembled or installed items cannot be returned unless faulty
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom and made-to-order items
  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect assembly

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
