Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our range, add items to your cart, and checkout online. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at hello@mykahome.com.au. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched.

Do you offer interest-free payment?

We're working on adding buy-now-pay-later options. Contact us to discuss payment plans for larger orders.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

In stock items are delivered within 5–7 business days from order confirmation. Pre-order items show estimated arrival dates on the product page.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. You'll see the exact cost before you confirm payment.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. Some items marked Melbourne Only are available for Melbourne delivery and warehouse pick-up only — this is clearly shown on the product page.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.

Are there items I can't return?

Custom, made-to-order, and clearance/final sale items are non-returnable unless faulty. Assembled items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Do your products require assembly?

Most furniture arrives flat-packed and requires assembly. Assembly instructions and all required hardware are included. Two-person assembly is recommended for larger pieces.

Can I order custom furniture?

Yes — we offer custom-made furniture to your specifications. Contact us to discuss your requirements, timeline, and budget.
